Maintaining a safe workplace

The health and safety of our communities, teams and workplace are our number one priority.

The below is a summary of some of the measure we have in place to provide confidence to those working from, or considering our locations. We have a full detailed COVID-19 plan as well as site specific plans. If you wish to receive copies of these, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We will continue to stay up to date with the guidance from SafeWork Australia and make adjustments as needed.

Our approach

All decisions and actions being taken are in accordance with relevant government guidance in each state/territory.

Shared responsibility

All Nous House members are asked to comply with the government guidance and our revised office protocols to help us ensure a safe workspace for everyone.

Addressing issues as they arise

Our plan is based on our best understanding of current circumstances. We will work iteratively and respond quickly to issues or changes as they arise.

If you are feeling unwell, stay home

To use any of our offices you must not currently be unwell, including cough, cold or flu-like symptoms.

Social distancing guidelines

Signage throughout the office will remind you and your colleagues to maintain a safe 1.5m physical distance.

Meeting room capacities

Capacities have been adjusted to comply with social distancing recommendations.


Thorough daily cleaning by our cleaning contractor

Increased sanitisation

Provision of sanitisation products in all meetings rooms, communal spaces and high traffic areas.

Lift & lobby management

In each location new lift capacity protocols, lobby management, signage and sanitisation will be provided.
